We're pleased to ship orders world-wide.
All orders will be shipped from Taiwan, R.O.C. by Taiwan Post.

1. How to order:

You can place an order via e-mail to info@butterflybooks.jp and be sure to include following information.

  • Title and other information of the merchandise that you'd lilke to order
  • Your name
  • Shipping address (incl. postal code)
  • Phone number

We will send an invoice including shipping cost by e-mail usually within 2 busines days after we received you order.

2. Payment:

Prepayment is required by PayPal or bank transfer to our account of a Japanese bank.
Payment is due within a week after the date of invoice.

3. Sales price:

All orders are billed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
The sales price is shown in our Japanese web site (http://butterflybooks.jp).
If the merchandise is shown only in our Taiwanese web site (http://butterflybooks.com.tw) , we will covert New Taiwanese Dollar (TWD) price into Japanese Yen (JPY) by the currency exchange rate of Directorate General of Customs.

4. Shipping:

We will ship oders by Taiwan Post within 2 busines days after we confirm your payment.
You can choose EMS (fastest), air parcel, SAL, or surface parcel.
The delivery dates varies with the destination and the shipping method.

For the customer in People Republic of China, we will ship only by CHEX.

The shipping cost varies with the destination, weight of the package and shipping method.
The shipping cost will be converted into Japanese Yen (JPY) by the currency exchange rate of Directorate General of Customs.

5. Returns:

We only can accept returns by following reasons within 2 weeks of receipt.

  • A wrong merchandise.
  • The book has any other damaged or missing parts than our description.
  • Damages caused by transfer.

6. Others:

The customer will be responsible for all duties and customs charges.

给日本‧台湾以外，其他地区的读者们

胡蝶书坊开始承办日本‧台湾以外，其他地区读者的订购业务
（商品全由台湾寄送至读者手中。）

1. 订购方式：

请利用电子邮件的联络方式 info@butterflybooks.jp 将下列资讯函寄给胡蝶书坊。我们将在回函中告知预购商品、运送等费用所需。

  • 商品名、有商品之相关资讯
  • 姓名
  • 寄送住址
  • 电话号码

2. 付款方式：

预付款。收到订单后将以电子邮件寄送出Invoice（请款单据），请在收到通知后一周内完成付款程序。
现阶段付款方式是利用PayPal系统以信用卡付款，或请将款项汇入日本国内银行的帐户中。

3. 贩售价格：

以胡蝶书坊网站中所记载之日币（円）的价格为贩售之基准。若只登载于台湾网页上的商品，就以台币售价换算成日币（以「财政部关税总局毎旬报关汇率」为基准）。

4. 寄送方式及费用：

汇入款项确认后，将在48小时内由台湾邮局寄出。寄送方式可选择EMS（快递）、Air Parcel（空运）、SAL（陆空联运，但有一些地区并无此项服务）、Suface Parcel（水陆）等方式。另外中国大陆（中华人民共和国）地区将以中华快递(CHEX)寄送。

运费是以台币换算成日币（以订购当日「财政部关税总局毎旬报关汇率」为基准）计算收费。

5. 退货：

除了以下之情况外，本书坊无法接受退货，敬请见谅。

  • 配送途中因故商品发生破损之状况。
  • 古书的状况如有网站上之说明以外，有其他严重之污垢、破损或装订不良时。
  • 以上几点之外、因本书坊所引起之过失时。

6. 其他：

因各国之关税规定而所发生之费用（税金）需由读者自行负担。

日本、台湾以外の地域にお住まいのお客様へ

日本、台湾以外の地域からのご注文も承っております。
（商品は全て台湾から出庫いたします。）

1. ご注文の方法：

電子メール info@butterflybooks.jp まで下記情報をお知らせ下さい。折り返し送料を算出の上、請求金額をご連絡いたします。

  • 商品名、その他商品に関する情報
  • お名前
  • 送り先住所
  • 電話番号

2. お支払いの方法：

前払いです。当方より電子メールにてインボイス（あるいは請求金額のお知らせ）をお届けした後、一週間以内にお支払いをお願いいたします。 現時点ではPayPal経由でのクレジットカード決済、あるいは日本国内の銀行口座へのお振込にのみ対応しております。

3. 販売価格：

日本サイト(http://butterflybooks.jp)に表示された日本円販売価格を基準といたします。
台湾サイト(http://butterflybooks.com.tw)にのみ掲載している商品につきましては、台湾元の販売価格を台湾税関の為替レートに基づき日本円に換算した価格で販売いたします。

4. 送付方法と送料：

ご入金を確認の後、通常48時間以内に台湾郵局より発送いたします。
送付方法はEMS（最も速い）、Air Parcel（航空便）、SAL（サービス対象外の地域もございます。）、Surface Parcel（船便）のいずれかからお選びいただけます。
なお、中国大陸（中華人民共和国）へは中華快遞(CHEX)でのお届けとなります。

送料はいずれの場合も台湾元の送料をご注文当日の台湾税関為替レートにて日本円に換算の上、請求いたします。

5. 返品：

次のケース以外の返品は承っておりませんので、何卒ご了承ください。

  • 配送途中の事故により、商品に破損が生じた場合
  • 古書につき、サイト上で説明の状態以外に重大な汚れ、損傷、不良箇所があった場合
  • 上記以外、当方の過失によるもの

6. その他：

各国の税制に基づく関税など、通関後に費用が発生する場合は、お客様にてご負担のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。
